A Reading of Edith Stein’s Anthropology in the Light

Feminist thinkers have commonly interpreted Edith Stein’s «dual anthropology» as a form of essentialism and difference feminism. For them, men and women have (or should have) different functions and capabilities. The article argues against this traditional account.
