This essay proposes an in-depth analysis into the doctrine of univocality being proposed by Gilles Deleuze. By considering the connection between the rejection of Hegel’s dialectics and Nietzsche’s eternal return, the essay affirms that it is necessary to take that relationship into account in order to understand the internal structure of the doctrine of univocality.
